Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the jewelry and a copy of your receipt within 14 days from the date it was shipped for a full refund.

We are happy to do exchanges for a different item within 30 days of shipping. please call our office for a return authorization number before you return or exchange any item.

Repairs

We will repair your jewelry within a year of purchase. Please call us first to receive a repair authorization number. Any charges that apply will be assessed prior to our repairing.
